Cedra

Cedra Cedra Hawke is an acrobat and aerialist who got her start in circus arts in a very peculiar way.  Starting with a mission trip to Paraguay, followed by a community program for poor Brazilians and a circus club at the University of Sydney in Australia, Cedra finally found her way to the Imperial OPA Circus in 2013. After taking a quick break due to a broken leg (a tragic mini-golf accident), she dove head-first into OPA activities and soon became one of the most enthusiastic members, performing in dozens of shows each year. Cedra specializes primarily in partner and group acrobatics, but also enjoys lyra, aerial sling and dance.

Logan

Logan Logan Vaught has been with our Circus for only a few months, but is no stranger to perfomance. He's been onstage in everything ranging from cirque-style shows to musicals and back. An avid actor and notable personality, he'll get your event going with a spin in his Cyr Wheel, a delicate display of power, balance, and grace. He's been spinning for over 6 years now, and it's taken him nearly that long to stop getting dizzy. Of course, the Wheel is not all he can provide you. He's known for his juggling, clowning, dance, and partner acrobatics both ground and aerial. Regardless of what you hire him for, you and your guests will be thoroughly entertained!

Ashley

Ashley Ashley Anderson is Stoked to be apart of the Imperial OPA! Hailing from a one-redlight town in the grit-lovin' boonies of South GA, Ashley decided to click her heels and travel to the city bringing with her a new dish to set on the Atlanta table. As an artist she feels it is important to have as many “tools” in her metaphorical artistic “belt” as possible—Acrobatics, Aerial Arts, Tumbling, Fire-Spinning, Burlesquing, Singing, Dancing—these are are just a few things Ashley has tucked in her pockets. “As an artist,” she says, “we have only three mechanisms through which we express ourselves: Our Minds, Our Voice, and Our Bodies. We Must make it a priority to train, hone, and well-oil these machines so that we can promote growth within ourselves and combat stagnation.” Primarily, Ashley works as an Actor. You may have caught her up in Marietta with Out of Box Theatre as Sally in the new work Sally and Glen at the Palace Theatre, or if not, maybe you saw her out at the Center of Puppetry Arts in Peter Pan as Tinkerbell and Tiger Lily. OPA!

Reda

Reda Reda is from Casablanca, Morocco. He began practicing the circus arts in 2007 by taking various classes. Then in 2012 he and two friends formed the circus troupe Acro Maroc. In 2014 he moved to Atlanta where he found The Imperial Opa and has been performing with them ever since. Reda can do tumbling, hand to hand, fire breathing, and stilt walking.

Nicolette

Nicolette Nicolette is a performer and managing director of The Imperial Opa Circus. She started off as a musician recording with various artists on cello and performing her own material as well on piano and voice. In 2008 she moved to the north-west where she discovered circus arts and has been running to the circus ever since! She is a trained aerialist, stilt walker and burlesquer and is currently learning the ancient art of clowning. If you see her out and about, say hi, she loves saying “hi” back.
